Unable to connect to pc using wifi and usb

Hi, I am new here and a new user of monect. I am currently having problems connecting my android to pc.. I can connect it via bluetooth and its working good but I am unable to by using wifi and usb. I already turned off my firewall, and allow monect related app/software to both private and public. I've also turned off my antivirus. I also tried connecting using the QR code but all it says is "connect failed!". I have the same 7.4.2 version in both android and pc (win10) and I am also running the pc remote receiver as admin.

EDIT(03/01/21): Just found a workaround. I was able to connect by logging in in both devices. But I'm still getting the connect failed error if I searched from my wifi/usb without logging in.

Make sure u connect your pc wifi with your phone's hotspot.
Unistall pc remote receiver from pc and install again.
I am doing this whenever i failed to connect and it worked for me.

@"Einrose"#p146 Connecting via USB is possible, just plug your phone via USB to the pc, then a notification should pop up saying that its in charging mode in your notifications, now turn on "USB Tethering" instead and "then" go to Monect. In Monect on the connection screen, click the USB Icon. (Make sure your phone is disconnected from the internet during procedure to connect the most stable way. After connecting it to the pc, you can reconnect your phone to your wifi/mobile data) (Edit 2: Also dont worry if it says "No Device Connected" in the Remote Receiver on your PC; as long as its connected on the phone, it should work. You can first try by just using the touchpad function. If it works, then you know you did everything right)

Just found a workaround. I was able to connect by logging in in both devices. But I'm still getting the connect failed error if I searched from my wifi/usb without logging in.
