i did registered an account, but for some reason i can't log in pc remote receiver. My connection is in good condition though. Can you help me with this?

Hello. I am using the latest version of monect but I cant login from pc. connections work very well for both mobile and pc and everything in monect folder is allowed through firewall but it keeps telling me I have an incorrect password or email problem
