iOS issues - please help! :(

Hi,

I’m having trouble connecting my iPhone to my HP laptop. First, my phone won’t show in my devices list, even though I have logged in using both the app and the website. I had no issues listing my laptop as a device.

Second, my laptop isn’t showing up on the connect list in the iOS app, either while connected by USB or using the same WiFi as my phone. The software says my laptop is connected to server. I know I’m on the same WiFi, but whether using Ethernet or wireless I’m unable to see any devices on the app.

Third, the QR code does not work at all. It comes up on my screen but my phone does not recognise any QR code. I know that using my standard camera app I can scan the code but there is no useful data.

I really like the concept so I’m looking forward to getting this working.

I just signed up and have the same issues. I thought this would be a better product than the rest but so far it won't do anything! Won't scan barcode, doesn't give any place to manually enter the Host ID/Password to do it that way, won't show any devices in app (although I see them in the Monect web page), won't discover, and of course they fail to mention that Bluetooth only works on Android!

Did you ever get past all this broken stuff?

It's probably your IOS doesn't support your pc you should just have an android instead LOL
