Same. I have the latest version on by the PC and my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G SM-G981B, (Free version of the app). I established account and have logged in on both the PC and Phone. By default, monectserverservice.exe is allowed in Windows Firewall, and Windows 10 Notifications for app are allowed. The phone will only connect if I select "Allow any device to connect" in Settings on the PC. If I select either of the other security options I get an error message on my phone, "Host refuse your request", but no notification was given on the PC to approve the request. Contrary to the error message, when I [OK] to escape from the phone error message both the PC and the phone apps then show the connection as being established, but I am unable to control anything on the PC from the phone. The online help doesn't list this or any other error message and (unhelpfully) dismisses all connection problems as being due to monectserverservice.exe not being whitelisted in Windows Firewall settings. The Help link on the Phone app results in a 404 Not Found error. There are no instructions anywhere that I can find regarding what should happen on the phone or PC when each of the security settings is selected, which makes problem solving impossible. There is also no information about what the VIP Membership provides (except if you open the "How can I connect the PC without notice" FAQ item online it refers to "Stealth Mode" which is not referred to anywhere else, either online, on the PC app, or on the Phone app. Is VIP membership required for both of the "Conditional Connection" security options? Is that what "Stealth Mode" is referring to?
