Black screen when launching Remote Desktop on phone. After a few seconds, it exits to the utility menu, with a network error notification. how do i solve this error?

Been having the same problem and tried everything. It either goes green depending on the setting I've tried in the monect remote desktop settings and the cursor even works and there is sound but there is no picture. Im using a Samsung A30 with Andriod version 10. Before the phones software update, everything was fully functional. Is there anything anyone can do as this is actually the best pc remote software ive encountered and would hate loose it.

Hi again. I did a bit of digging and found that if i use the older pc software (ver.7.2) the above mentioned problem is taken care of. However, new updates does mean better functionality and ver.7.4 falls short of that. Hope they look into it
