Monect Community

I am having an issue where the Windows up-to-date application will not allow me to log in to the program. I can connect via wifi or bluetooth but to use remote I need to be logged in. I am from my smartphone but when I attempt to log in on the computer is just does nothing after hitting the Login button. No error, no warnings, nothing. Please assist. Many thanks.

Edit: This doesn't have anything to do with the issue but wanted to mention that my other device is an Android. I know that should have nothing to do with the login issue on the recieving machine but just wanted to give as much information as possible.
