you don't need to configure anything its already configured in Ppsspp so enjoy.
If you want to use rapid fire button then you have to press rapid fire button+other button that you want to press multiple times. so for example If want to press Circle multiple times then you have to press rapid fire button+Circle at the same time and it also works with multiple buttons so you can rapid fire L1 and R1 at the same time.
