Cant connect

I can't connect. I only managed to do it once, but I haven't been able to since. I have the app on my phone and on my PC. My computer appears on my phone, but whenever I click to connect, it says "connecting" and stays like that for hours, but it never connects.

Same problem with mine too. I changed my wifi provider today but before that it always worked. Now it just shows connecting after I enter the app and nothing happens and if I click disconnect and try to connect again, my PC doesn't even show up.
