Does not work even with a VPN or another mobile operator. Only locally.

V7.8.1 + V8.2.0 A15 (HyperOS 2.0)

Tested on:
Laptop with Windows 11 24H2 26100
PC with Windows 10

In addition, the remote desktop does not work also. Previously, I had to try connecting about 20 times before the connection was established, but now it does not work at all.
It attempts to start up within 0.2 seconds, then returns to the utilities screen.
