Bluetooth connection doesn't work

Phone app doesn't recognize laptop server via bluetooth even though my phone and laptop are paired. Meanwhile Wi-Fi connection works fine

Try restarting the app or even the Bluetooth

This happens to mine but in reverse; on wifi takes too long to connect
