I am having a couple of issues, first I have paid for a year of month of monecct which expires sept 2025, but have still been getting charged 2 dollars monthly since, and the other is for some reason I have to have a different login to get to the support page when it should be the same login as monect, the last ticket I open about a week ago was closed and ignored possibly due to that fact.
