i cant connect 2 players in the same time , i did 2 players by global id and one of them just worked , i switched them and still one just works and the other not

I have the same issue. I try connecting two phones to my PC, one is android and the otehr iphone. i have added 2 controllers in layout for xbox. I have set player 1 in one device and player 2 in another device. But only one of them works. The other one does not work.
