MONNECT CONNECTED TO MY PC BUT NOT WORKING

Recent monect PC Remote would connect successfully on the same network on my phone, my PC would notify me that monect is now controlling my device but the mouse and keyboard features on MONNECT app are not working... Please how can I resolve this??

Hello, Im having same problem, one side WIN 10(logged into the app), other side Android 11(also logged into app). Connection is succesfull, but mouse dont move. Same for the keyboard. Im using the app for years, but now its the first time this has occured. Both sites have the most recent version af the app. thanks in advance
